Kahla literally grew up in real estate. Her father trained as a lawyer in France and when he migrated to Australia, worked as a real estate agent, before becoming a successful property developer. The 90's "recession we had to have" forced him into bankruptcy.

Witnessing first-hand how painful this was, and having lived through five recessions herself, Kahla has made it her mission to save investors from costly mistakes.

Working first as a financial advisor, then a mortgage broker, Kahla saw how much misleading advice is peddled inside the property industry. This motivated her to establish VisionWorks so she could guide investors clear of the many potential pitfalls that come with buying property.
